Welcome to the Old Mill Licensed bed and breakfast and
The Old Mill is a licensed bed and breakfast situated on the Yorkshire Wolds surrounded by open fields and rolling countryside. We have 8 en suite luxury bedrooms, cosy residents lounge, fully licensed bar and restaurant. Evening meals are available to our guests Monday - Friday, and pack lunches can be provided on request daily.
On a clear day you can see, not quite forever, but over the Yorkshire Wolds to the distant North Sea from our first floor en-suite rooms. The Old Mill, here at Langtoft near Driffield, is a delightful Bed and Breakfast, tucked away in a peaceful, tranquil setting, but within easy reach of Pickering, York, Beverley, Malton, Bridlington and Scarborough. Consequently, The Old Mill is an ideal base for both tourists and business people, many of whom also now see the Old Mill’s peaceful setting as the ideal venue for conferences, corporate bonding etc. The Bed and Breakfast is situated within a short driving distance of Beverley racecourse and is an ideal venue for racegoers who want to combine a day at the races with a relaxing break.
Dating back to the 17th century, The Old Mill was formerly the farm house attached to the corn mill. Now the authentic charm has been retained fully whilst at the same time incorporating present day requirements in the form of comfortable en-suite guest bedrooms, the resident's restaurant, bar, banqueting facilities and is the setting for a number of social and business functions. All in this perfect location overlooking the Yorkshire Wolds!
Our guest bedrooms are comfortably furnished in keeping with the character of the building and are centrally heated with colour television, beverage making facilities and hair dryer. Ironing equipment is available on request. Tariffs are inclusive of breakfast and the attractive well stocked licensed bar includes a range of locally brewed bottled beers. *Evening meals can be provided Monday to Friday 7-8pm by prior arrangement, so please make sure you pre-book your evening meal to avoid disappointment.
