We have nine luxurious rooms available for residents, each fully equipped with en-suite facilities, and most featuring a view across the rolling Yorkshire Wolds. All of our room rates include continental breakfast -

PLEASE NOTE: Full English breakfast is available on request at an extra cost, and rates are also available including an evening meal from our full restaurant menu.

For families travelling together, we can also accommodate up to two children in each room. Pets are also welcome, and we can provide them with bedding and bowls on request.

As from 01/01/12 our room rates will be increased to:

Single occupancy £50.00+ vat = £60.00 bed and continental breakfast
Double/twin occupancy £75.00+ vat = £90.00 bed and continental breakfast
Children under 2 years free      
Children 3 - 15 years £20.83+ vat = £25.00
Familyroom 2 adults and 2 children 3-15 years £116.66+vat = £140.00
Familyroom 2 adults and 1 child 3-15 years £95.83+vat = £115.00
Pets £10.00+vat = £12.00 for duration of stay      
       

(continental buffet breakfast includes cereals, toast, croissants, fresh fruit salad, greek yoghurt and prunes and/or grapefruit with tea or coffee and juice.)

If guests wish a cooked breakfast this will be available at extra cost from the breakfast menu provided.

PLEASE NOTE: credit card details are requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation with a £25.00 non refundable deposit per room per night. Any room cancelled with less than 48 hours notice is subject to a full room charge.
